Bearing in mind deliveries often need a few days' notice, Ross (aka Action Man according to their website) arrived that same evening 5.30pm and delivered 900 litres. All through the delivery as he was orienting himself around the property to the tank, he was excellent communicating with me over the phone and then engaging on site with my father.

Both Zoe and Ross were fantastic, solution minded with a no problem attitude, just wanting to help as part of the service. Thank you both, you were amazing!

I can't praise Rawlings highly enough. I was badly let down by another supplier (Certas) and Rawlings sent an emergency delivery at a very fair price at 8:30pm that night. Great communication, going out of their way to help. So I signed up for the regular top-up service and wish I had done so four years ago instead of messing around with boiler juice etc. Thank you to all at Rawlings Fuels.
